John Vonhof is the principle staff at Christian Leadership Today and is dedicated to improving the leadership skills of church leaders. He works with pastors and church leaders to identify new resources. They are always on the search for new resources and welcome suggestions and feedback.
John has served for over 24 years on church boards as a deacon and elder, on regional and denominational boards, on two pastoral search teams, on numerous committees, and teaching roles. He is the author of The Pastoral Search Journey (The Alban Institute, 2nd edition 2010) and has several other church books in progress, including a book on leadership principles for pastors and church board members. He has a heart for church leadership and identifies as a servant leader.
The Christian Leadership Today website is a non-denominational leadership resource for pastors, board members, staff, and members, to gather information about books, conferences, simulcasts, websites, consultants, podcasts, and images to support and grow the ministries in their churches.
The Leadership blog will highlight additions to the website’s pages. Books will be reviewed, conferences and simulcasts identified, and leadership related websites, consultants and podcasts listed. Links will be shown for every entry.
